A consumable price appears only when a verified source is loaded for the exact SKU and pack unit. Otherwise the page says confirm with sales. Final price, currency, tax, freight, quantity break and validity must be stated in the quotation.

Include company and buyer details, country and delivery point, exact models or performance requirements, quantity, customer type, intended use, accessories, regulatory documents, installation or training needs, desired delivery date and tender deadline.

Normalize the exact model and configuration, included accessories, consumables, warranty, installation, training, regulatory evidence, freight basis, delivery time, payment terms, exclusions and after-sales coverage. Compare total cost of ownership and delivered scope, not only the headline unit price.

Depending on the agreed Incoterm, landed cost can include equipment, options, packing, freight, insurance, customs, tax, registration work, local transport, installation, commissioning, training and initial consumables. The quotation must state what is included and excluded.

MOQ and quantity pricing depend on the exact equipment or consumable SKU, pack size, current stock, factory schedule and destination. Send the requested annual or project quantity so sales can return a sourced quantity break instead of an invented public discount.

Validity is not assumed from the website. It must be printed on the issued quotation because exchange rates, freight, stock and factory pricing can change. Ask sales to refresh an expired quotation before placing an order.
