Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form collects the contact, company, market, product and requirement details that you enter. The current form prepares an email in your email application; it does not silently submit the form to a separate website database. Do not send patient-identifying information or private health records.
How the information is used
The regional team uses the information to respond to product, stock, document, quotation, demonstration or partnership requests. It may be shared with relevant authorised personnel only when needed to prepare that response.
AI product assistant
The assistant uses the public catalogue and 360° answer centre and must not receive patient-identifying or private health information. Private visitor conversations are not published or indexed. When an AI service is configured, a short product question may be processed by that service to generate a response; otherwise the site uses the same local public knowledge and catalogue lookup.
Traffic measurement
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, page use and referral sources. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies and process page URLs, referrers, browser and device information, approximate geography and analytics identifiers. Enquiry form contents, AI questions and patient information are not intentionally sent as analytics events. Reports can be separated by the website hostname.
Browser storage and correction
The RFQ product list is stored locally in your browser so it remains available during your visit. You can clear it from the showroom. To request correction or deletion of an email enquiry, contact the regional address below.
